Appearance Structure of Optical Fiber Distribution Frame
1. Frame Structure Form
1) The frame structure has closed, semi-closed and open type.
2) Frame height can be divided into 2600 mm, 2200 mm and 2000 mm. Its width is recommended to be an integer multiple of 120 mm, and its depth is recommended to be 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm.
3) The deviation of the frame outline dimension is not more than (+2 mm) and the tolerance of the outer surface to the bottom datum is not more than 3 mm.
2. Mechanical Active Part
The mechanical moving part should be flexible in rotation, moderate in insertion, reliable in locking, convenient in construction, installation and maintenance. The opening angle of the door shall not be less than 110 degrees and the clearance shall not be more than 3 mm.
3. Introducing Bending Radius of Optical Cable
When the optical cable is introduced into the frame, its bending radius should not be less than 15 times of the diameter of the optical cable.
4. Frame structure
Structures should be firm, assemblies should be consistent and interchangeable, and fasteners should not be loosened. The sharp edges of exposed and operating parts should be chamfered.
5. Bending radius of protective sleeve, liner and core and tail
Protective sleeves and gaskets shall be installed when optical fibers of optical cables pass through metal plate holes and turn along sharp edges of structural parts. The curvature radius of the core and tail fibers should be no less than 30 mm no matter where they are bent.
6. Surface of rack
The coating should have a smooth surface, uniform color, no hanging, no exposed bottom, and no burr and rust on metal parts.
7. Texts, graphics, symbols and symbols on structural devices
Texts, graphics, symbols and signs on structural devices should be clear, complete and correct.
